We chose Yame, Fukuoka for its naturally rich body, gentle umami, and soft bitterness — qualities that hold their own in milk without losing clarity or colour. Its growing conditions produce a matcha that stays smooth and balanced in lattes, making it a natural fit for cafés. Through a close partnership with our farm, each batch is carefully selected and fully traceable from field to cup.
